The method comprises the following steps that 1, sweetening agent samples are dissolved by saturated saccharin salt solution; 2, excessive hydrochloric acid is added so that the saccharin sodium generates saccharin under the strong acid conditions; 3, after a small amount of hydrofluoric acid is dripped, filter paper is used for filtering, and purified saccharin is obtained; 4, washing is carried out; 5, the purified saccharin is put into a beaker containing hot alcohol for dissolving, phenolphthalein is added, then, alkali is used for dripping until solution generates reddish color, in addition, the color cannot be faded within 30s, and the consumed alkali quantity is recorded; and 6, the content of the saccharin sodium in the feed sweetening agent can be obtained through calculation.
