Problems solved by technology

[0004] With the improvement of people's living standards, the awareness of health care is becoming stronger and stronger. The demand for phenolic health care products in the market is very large, but the potential value of litchi peels has not yet been discovered, so we must make full use of the biological activity in litchi peels substance

Embodiment 1

[0022] 1) Select lychee fruits that are harvested in sunny days, eight to nine mature, free from mechanical damage, diseases and insect pests, washed with clean water, peeled off by hand, dried in the sun, crushed with a plant grinder, passed through a 1mm sieve, and placed in a dry environment Preserve to obtain lychee peel powder;

[0023] 2) Take 30 2000mL triangular flasks and add 100g of lychee peel powder, then add 100mL of distilled water as fermentation medium, and sterilize at 121°C for 20min. Take 1 mL of the spore suspension of Aspergillus awamori (Aspergillus awamori) GIM3.4 and add it to the fermentation medium of each bottle, mix well, culture at 30°C for 6 days, and stir the medium every 2 days to obtain a fermentation culture.

[0024] 3) Add 500mL of 60% ethanol aqueous solution to each bottle of fermentation culture, 210W ultrasonic extraction for 30min, filter, and extract once again under the same conditions, combine the filtrate, concentrate under reduced ...

Abstract

The invention discloses an application of aspergillus awamori in preparation of quercetin by fermenting lichee peel. Experiments show that quercetin can be extracted from fermented culture after the lichee peel is fermented by aspergillus awamori GIM3.4; but in a control group, no quercetin is detected in the fermented culture obtained after fermentation of lichee peel in which a sterilized aspergillus awamori GIM3.4 spore suspension serving as an inoculator is inoculated, thus the aspergillus awamori GIM3.4 can be used for fermenting the lichee peel to produce quercetin.

Description

Technical field: [0001] The invention relates to a method for obtaining quercetin from litchi peel, in particular to the application of Aspergillus awamori GIM3.4 in fermenting litchi peel to prepare quercetin. Background technique: [0002] my country is a big country producing lychee. As early as 1999, the output of lychee in Guangdong Province alone reached 680,000 tons, and its dried fruit peel could reach more than 20,000 tons (Huang Zhan et al., 2004). In production practice, more than 20,000 tons of lychee peels are often discarded directly, which not only causes waste of resources but also easily brings some environmental problems. [0003] Litchi (Litchi chinensis Sonn.) is a tropical and subtropical fruit of Sapindaceae native to China (Duan et al., 2007b). Its bright red peel is rich in phenolic substances (Zhang et al., 2000), and the total phenolic content can reach 51.3-102.1g / kg DW (including phenolic acid compounds 10.3-24.3g / kg DW, total flavonoids 13.4-37....
