Abstract

An embodiment of the invention provides a device for wire comprehensive factor aging test. The device comprises the following parts: an aging test box for mandrels of carbon fiber composite core wire specimens with different types, wires and different test conditions, and the different test requirements are realized by changing many actors as follows: solar radiation simulation intensity, artificial rainfall level, dry degree, high humidity state, salt spray concentration and period of hot and cold recycling; a horizontal tensile machine for passing through the aging test box to strain the carbon fiber composite core wire specimens, in order to meet tension conditions of carbon fiber composite core wire specimens in the aging test box; and transformer equipment for connecting the carbon fiber composite core wire specimens through a high voltage bushing on the wall of the aging test box, in order to meet the high voltage condition for carbon fiber composite core wire specimens. The embodiment of the invention provides an aging test device suitable for a testing scheme of comprehensive factor aging performance for carbon fiber composite core wire.
