By changing the installation angles of the inclined plates, the inclined plates are mainly used for realizing the purposes of particle precipitation and coalescence oil-removing, respectively; a V-shaped partition plate is arranged in a water outlet region and used for preventing upper floating oil from entering a water outlet tube; the oil is gathered by the V-shaped slot at the upper end of the turbidity-removing oil-removing area, and exhausted by an oil outlet tube; and precipitates are gathered in a mud hopper and exhausted by a mud outlet tube.
