The air-cooled high-speed diesel engine is mounted on a generator set base and is in transmission connection with the intermediate-frequency brushless alternating-current generator through a spline flexible shaft. According to the vehicle-mounted intermediate-frequency generator set, the intermediate-frequency brushless alternating-current generator and the air-cooled high-speed diesel engine are assembled to form a whole so that a mechanical failure can be effectively avoided, the occupied area of the generator set is substantially reduced, and the size of the generator set is further reduced; a rotor of the intermediate-frequency brushless alternating-current generator is not provided with a winding and a rectifying element so that an electrical failure can be avoided; and an inverter is not needed for conversion and power supply, instead, the intermediate-frequency brushless alternating-current generator directly supplies power to the outside, and therefore high-quality power supply is guaranteed.
