Abstract

The control system comprises an industrial computer, an operable functional interface, a display screen, a PLC (programmable logic controller), an RFID radio frequency reader-writer, an exchange board, a weighing instrument, a weighing sensor and a power source. The control system is characterized in that output signal lines of the weighing sensor are connected with signal input lines of the weighing instrument; the output signal lines of the weighing instrument are connected with a signal input end of the industrial computer COM2; three signal input lines of the industrial computer are respectively connected with the RFID radio frequency reader-writer and the exchange board through network communication ports, and connected with communication port signals controlled by the PLC through a COM1 signal input end; a VGA (video graphics array) end of the industrial computer is connected with the signal input end of the display screen; and data processing, storage, counting, exchange, display and transmission are carried out through a VB (visual basic) programming tool.
