Abstract

A wedge gap is reserved on one side of the rectangular block. The width of the opening side of the wedge gap is larger than that of the other side. The tether guide device is characterized in that two tangent tether guide fixed pulley are respectively mounted at two ends of the wedge gap through movable frames, a tether penetrates through the two fixed pulley and moves between the opening side of the wedge gap and the other side of the wedge gap by movement of the movable frames.
