spacecraft structure design, in particular to a maximum-
scale space factory optimization design method and
system. The method comprises the following steps of performing dynamic stability design optimization based on a maximum-
scale space factory space structure; constructing a macroscopic configuration multi-level optimization objective function, and solving a design variable array through the macroscopic configuration multi-level optimization objective function; carrying out
microstructure design by combining strength, rigidity and a
thermal expansion effect; and reverse design optimization of typical components is carried out through macroscopic design and
microstructure design results. According to the method, the space factory is controlled through the dynamic stability, then the macroscopic configuration and the
microstructure are combined for multi-
level design optimization, the complex requirements of the space factory can be effectively met, the macroscopic configuration of the space factory is optimized, and the dynamic stability and the
artificial gravity requirements of the structure are ensured. Meanwhile, according to the lattice structure design of the micro-level, the additive
manufacturing technology is utilized, and unification of light weight and high strength is achieved.
