Abstract

The invention discloses a medical system admission scheduling method based on ant colony optimization. The technology considers three limits including hospital resource limit, patient admission times and patient maximum waiting time simultaneously, and the aim of improving hospital service quality can be achieved by conducting admission procedures and treatment on patients with different disease severe degrees as much as possible. In the technology, real hospital and patient conditions are simulated, and a solution structural map is introduced. Each ant in the ant colony searching algorithm can efficiently obtain the next acceptable solution of an admission problem from the solution structural map based on the acquired historical information and knowledge learnt from heuristic method education by means of a flexible design rule. Expenses of repeated searching of ants are reduced through local pheromone updating, the chances of the ants for searching for better solutions are increased through global pheromone updating, the searching efficiency of the technology is further improved, and an arrangement scheduling scheme of admitted patients meeting a target function as much as possible is found in the searching process with limited times.
