Abstract

The invention provides a modularized power unit which comprises an insulative outer shell where power devices are arranged in a sealed mode, a drive circuit box where a drive circuit board is arranged in a sealed mode and a low-inductance busbar with multiple wiring terminals. The low-inductance busbar is fixed on the power devices in the insulative outer shell and electrically connected with the power devices. The drive circuit box is fixed on the insulative outer shell and the drive circuit board is provided with a set of control output ends which are connected with the power devices in the insulative outer shell. The invention further provides the modularized power unit where two power devices are arranged in a sealed mode and an inverter corresponding to the modularized power unit. The power devices are arranged in a sealed and isolated mode and a modularized structure is used so as to achieve a hardware topology structure of an inverting circuit in the industrial field. Maximum multiplexing of technology and high reliability are achieved.
