A services provision system provides information services over one or more communications networks and has a software infrastructure divided into domains. Each domain has an intelligent software agent and this community of agents sits in a computing environment represented in each domain by a DPE kernel. The community of agents co-operates to provide service and service management functionality to a user. At least one of the agents is reconfigurable to change the functionality the system makes available. Reconfigurability is based on the use of a plurality of reusable software modules, the agent reconfiguring by selecting a new combination of modules. The software modules themselves incorporate rules, or policies, which determine process steps offered by the modules at run-time. These policies are external to the modules and may be loaded at run-time, allowing dynamic modification to functionality of the system. The system as a whole offers functionality associated with using services, providing them and managing them and the reconfigurability allows it to offer the different types of functionality in an efficient way. It also allows access control to functionality at different levels with particularly good security against fraudulent use.

PUFs (physical unclonable functions) circuit based on transmission delay multiplexing

The invention discloses a PUFs (physical unclonable functions) circuit based on transmission delay multiplexing. The PUFs circuit comprises n transmission delay circuits and a controller used for generating n control signals for controlling the transmission delay circuits. Each transmission delay circuit is provided with two signal transmission delay channels which are completely symmetric, and thereby the n transmission delay circuits have 2n signal transmission delay channels. The signal output end of each signal transmission delay channel outputs one delay signal. The PUFs circuit further comprises C22n deciders, every two different signal output ends of the 2n signal transmission delay channels are combined into one group of delay signal output ends, and the C22n groups of delay signal output ends are obtained. The C22n groups of delay signal output ends and the signal input ends of the C22n deciders are correspondingly connected one by one, each group of the delay signal output ends outputs a group of delay signals to one corresponding decider to generate single-bit secret key, and the C22n deciders outputs the C22n secret keys. The PUFs circuit has the advantages that the signal transmission delay channels can be multiplexed maximally, circuit utilization rate is increased and the circuit cost is reduced.

The method comprises the steps that low-pressure evaporation is performed on desulfurization wastewater in a form of atomization, vapour generated after the low-pressure evaporation is subjected to heat exchange by wastewater and is condensated and recycled, and the unevaporated wastewater is subjected to secondary evaporation; the device comprises a wastewater pre-heater, a wastewater heater, a low-pressure evaporator, a condensate water recoverer, a concentrated water treating pond, an underwater acoustic transducer and a pneumatic generator used for removing dust and scale in a flue, wherein the wastewater heater is connected with the low-pressure evaporator through a pipeline, a vapour outlet of the low-pressure evaporator is connected with the condensate water recoverer through the wastewater pre-heater, a wastewater outlet of the low-pressure evaporator is connected with the concentrated water treating pond, and the underwater acoustic transducer is connected with the wastewater pre-heater, the wastewater heater and the low-pressure evaporator. The method and the device provided by the invention have the advantage that evaporated gas and the wastewater subjected to the evaporation in a wastewater treating process are effectively treated and used, so that the purpose of wastewater zero discharging is realized.
