system for
diamond wire manufacturing equipment, and relates to the technical field of

system, a closed-
loop control framework is constructed based on real-time
visual feedback and dynamic adjustment, key parameters of the
cutting rate and the
cutting height of sand grains on the surface of
a diamond wire are collected through a
visual detection system, auxiliary parameters such as the liquid level, the temperature and the pH value of a sand tank are combined, and the required adjustment amount of additives and carborundum is calculated through a multivariable
control algorithm; and working parameters of the
peristaltic pump are dynamically adjusted to realize accurate sand adding. The system integrates modularized
software functions, multiple safety fault-tolerant mechanisms and self-
adaptive learning capability, has the characteristics of high control precision, strong stability and good expandability, effectively solves the problems of inaccurate concentration control, response
lag and the like in a traditional sand adding mode, and remarkably improves the
production quality and efficiency of the
diamond wire.
