Abstract

The invention discloses a compound grape preservative. The compound grape preservative comprises a component A and a component B. The component A comprises, by weight, 50 to 60 parts of sodium pyrosulfite and the component B comprises, by weight, 35 to 45 parts of sodium pyrosulfite, 1 to 5 parts of protective agents such as ferrous sulfate, flavonoid, and 2,6-di-tert-butyl-4-methylphenol (BHT), 0 to 1 part of water absorbents such as a starch-based super water-absorbing agent and quicklime, 0 to 3 parts of sustained release agents such as calcium hydrate and lignin polyacrylamide, and 1 to 3 parts of excipients such as calcium stearate and magnesium stearate. The component A has the characteristics of fast onset and fast early-stage release speed. The component B has the characteristics of stable release speed, long release period and less bleached fruits. Through combination of the component A and the component B, defects are remedied. The compound grape preservative can be used conveniently, is safe and nontoxic and has long-term fruit preservation effects.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to fruit and vegetable fresh-keeping agents, in particular to a composite grape fresh-keeping agent. Background technique [0002] The existing grape preservative sodium pyrosulfite is suitable for short-term grape preservation, but it is not suitable for the long-term preservation of grapes due to the rapid decomposition and failure of sodium pyrosulfite for long-term grape preservation. Contents of the invention [0003] The technical problem to be solved by the present invention is to provide a composite grape preservative. It can keep grapes fresh for a short period of time, and can also adapt to long-term freshness of grapes. [0004] Technical scheme of the present invention is: [0005] A compound grape preservative, characterized in that: [0006] Composed of two material components A and B: by weight ratio, [0007] Material A: accounts for 50-60 parts, ingredients: sodium metabisulfite, [0008] Material B: 40-50 ...
