manganese ore-agricultural and
forestry waste composite
denitrification filler and its preparation method and application. The filler comprises a
cement-based porous framework, and agricultural and
forestry waste
powder and
manganese ore
powder co-dispersed and immobilized in the
cement-based porous framework; the agricultural and
forestry waste
powder is selected from one or more of
sawdust powder, corn cob powder and
straw powder; the
redox characteristics of
manganese oxides in the manganese ore powder are used to strengthen the
organic matter degradation and
denitrification process, realizing heterotrophic
denitrification and manganese-mediated autotrophic denitrification synergistic denitrification. In preparation, the
solid raw materials are dry mixed, water and a
foaming agent are added for shaping, and the shaped product is watered and cured at 20-30 DEG C for 7-14 days to obtain the composite filler. The filler can continuously provide
carbon source and autotrophic denitrification
electron donor within a certain period, and provide an interface for microbial attachment, and is suitable for advanced denitrification of low C / N
nitrate-containing
wastewater such as
tail water of a
municipal sewage plant.
