The electroplating waste gas comprehensive treatment device comprises a plating tank waste gas treatment system and an organic waste gas treatment system; the electroplating waste gas comprehensive treatment process comprises the following steps of: feeding a waste gas generated by each plating tank, a waste gas generated in a paint spraying process and organic waste gas generated in an electrophoresis drying process to an acid mist treatment tower or a purifying treatment tower for absorbing and treating after respective pre-treatment; spraying the waste gases to a spraying device in a primary spraying treatment box for spraying and atomizing; moving down the atomized waste gases along a ventilating tube under the pushing of continuously fed-in gases, wherein the ventilating tube is under an absorption liquid level; separating the gases into fine gas bubbles by virtue of gas pores; spraying and treating the gases treated by the absorption liquid by a secondary spraying device and a tertiary spraying device when the gases overflow out of the liquid level and are exhausted in an exhaustion port direction; and finally exhausting the treated gases from a gas exhaustion barrel.
