The preparation method comprises the following steps of: (1) mixing lithium hydroxide, boric acid and acetic acid, heating the mixture to 220 to 270 DEG C, preserving the temperature, and then heating the mixture to 400 DEG C to obtain diacetic acid lithium borate particles; (2) dissolving the diacetic acid lithium borate particles into a solvent, filtering the solution, adding superconduction carbon black and conductive graphite, mixing the superconduction carbon black and the conductive graphite for 30min at the temperature of 100 DEG C, and then drying the mixture to obtain a conductive carbon lithium mixture; (3) soaking and washing alkaline conductive glass in an alkaline washing solution to remove impurities on the surface of the alkaline conductive glass; (4) taking out the soaked alkaline conductive glass, washing the washing solution on the surface of the alkaline conductive glass with water, ultrasonically washing the conductive glass through acetone, then washing the conductive glass through the water, and drying the conductive glass; coating and postprocessing.
