The structure comprises a control center and a plurality of monitoring modules. The control center is connected with the plurality of monitoring modules through an RS485 ring bus. The structure is characterized in that two driving interfaces of the RS485 ring bus are electrically connected with a control center CPU through multiple paths of either-or data selectors.
