Anchoring ball sac in coronary stent

A coronary artery and balloon technology, which is applied in the field of anchoring devices for fixing blood vessels, can solve the problems of high resistance of the device passing through, the balloon and stent cannot be in place, and the operation fails, and achieves the effect of solving the poor passability.

Problems solved by technology

Letting the balloon and stent pass through the lesion is the basis and foundation of coronary interventional treatment. However, for some complex lesions such as severe distortion, calcification, and large-angle bifurcation, the passage resistance of the device is large, and the balloon and stent cannot be in place, resulting in surgical intervention. Failure is a problem that plagues current coronary intervention

Embodiment Construction

[0016] The present invention will be described in detail below in conjunction with the accompanying drawings, as shown in the figure: the anchoring balloon in the coronary artery stent of the present embodiment comprises a hollow catheter 1, and the front end outer wall of the catheter 1 is provided with a first elastic balloon 2, and the catheter A liquid injection channel 3 communicating with the first elastic balloon 2 is arranged in the wall along the axial direction of the catheter, and a plurality of protrusions 4 are arranged on the outer surface of the first elastic balloon 2 . The protrusions 4 are bumps with a diameter of 0.1 mm, which are evenly distributed on the surface of the balloon, and the distance between each bump is 0.5 mm. The method of use is: first send the guide wire into the distal end of the blood vessel through the stent that has been placed, under the guidance of the guide wire, position the first or second elastic balloon segment at the front end of...

Abstract

The invention discloses an anchoring ball sac in a coronary stent, which comprises a hollow conduit; the outer wall of the front end of the conduit is provided with a first elastic ball sac; a liquid-injecting channel communicated with the first elastic bass sac is arranged in the conduit wall along the axial direction; and a plurality of bosses are arranged at the outer face of the first elastic ball sac. The using method comprises the steps of placing a guide wire into the far end of a coronary blood vessel by an already placed stent, and positioning the elastic ball sac at the front end of the conduit in the stent under the guide of the guide wire, wherein the outer end of the conduit is connected with a booster pump, and a developing agent is injected by the liquid-injecting channel to expand the elastic ball sac; and the bosses at the face of the bal sac can increase anchoring force, thus enhancing the ability of the coronary stent to pass through lesions such as torsion and calcification, better solving the technical problem that as the traditional coronary stent is poor in passing complicated lesions, the ball sac and the stent difficultly reach in place.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a medical auxiliary device, in particular to an anchoring device for fixing blood vessels. Background technique [0002] Coronary artery intervention is an effective way to treat coronary heart disease by releasing the stenosis of the lesion through balloon dilation and stent placement. Failure is a problem that plagues current coronary interventions. For this reason, the inventors independently researched and invented a new technology of balloon anchoring in the stent. For complex and bifurcated lesions that require multiple stents to be placed, if it is difficult for the balloo...
