Abstract

The invention relates to a spraying-type fire preventing and extinguishing material for a coal mine and a preparation method thereof, and belongs to the field of fire preventing and extinguishing materials for the coal mine. The preparation method comprises the steps that 2-6 percent of polyvinyl alcohol, 1-5 percent of phosphoric acid and 1-5 percent of urea react are polymerized in water solvent, then 4-10 percent of triphenyl phosphite and 4-10 percent of white latex are added to continue reaction, and finally 15-25 percent of inorganic aggregate is added and is fully agitated to obtain the product. The inorganic aggregate is one or any combination of talcum powder, kaolin and mica powder. The process is simple when the material provided by the invention is used and the material is directly sprayed onto surfaces of coal blocks through a spraying machine to block passages which leak air; the triphenyl phosphite is highly compatible with the system and the stability of the obtained product is good; and the material has an excellent flame retarding performance and can reach a flame-retardant level that the material cannot be ignited by using an alcohol burner.
