The low temperature stop valve is connected with a recuperator in parallel, and the reducing valve is connected with a bypass stop valve in parallel. The device further comprises a combustible gas alarm. The device provided by the invention has the beneficial effects that the device is energy-saving, simple in process, suitable for construction of gas stations, small in occupied area due to a skid mounted structure and low in cost.
