[0015] A method for making glass, comprising the steps of:
[0016] In the first step, 1 part of silicon dioxide, 1 part of aluminum oxide, 0.2 part of sodium hydroxide, 1 part of bismuth oxide and 3 parts of oxybenzone are mixed.
[0017] In the second step, put the mixture in the previous step into a melting furnace at a pressure of 100-Mpa and a temperature of 500 degrees centigrade for 1 hour for smelting, and then add 3 parts of tetraethyl orthosilicate and 3 parts of hydroxybenzophenone.
[0018] The third step is to pour the glass water obtained in the upper part into the mold, anneal naturally to normal temperature, open the mold and demould, and obtain glass.
Embodiment 2
[0020] A glass comprising 10 parts of silicon dioxide, 2 parts of aluminum oxide, 0.8 parts of sodium hydroxide, 2 parts of bismuth oxide, 5 parts of ethyl orthosilicate and 7 parts of hydroxybenzophenone.
[0021] A method for making glass, comprising the steps of:

Abstract
The invention relates to a glass which comprises the following components in parts by weight: 1-10 parts of silicon dioxide, 1-2 parts of aluminiumoxide, 0.2-0.8 part of sodiumhydroxide, 1-2 parts of bismuthoxide, 3-5 parts of ethyl orthosilicate and 3-7 parts of hydroxybenzophenone. The making method of the glass comprises the following steps of: 1, mixing the silicon dioxide, the aluminiumoxide, the sodiumhydroxide, the bismuth oxide and the hydroxybenzophenone; 2, smelting the mixture obtained in the step 1 in a smelting furnace at the pressure of 100-200Mpa and the temperature of 500-1000 DEG C for 1-2 hours, and then adding 3-5 parts by weight of the ethyl orthosilicate and 3-7 parts by weight of the hydroxybenzophenone; 3, pouring glass water obtained in the step 2 into a mould, naturally annealing to normal temperature, and opening the mould and demoulding to obtain the glass. Due to addition of hydroxybenzophenone serving as an additive, the glass made by using the method has an ultraviolet resistant function, thereby protecting the health of human bodies.
Description
technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the field of glass, in particular to a glass and a manufacturing method thereof. Background technique [0002] Glass is a transparent solid substance that forms a continuous network structure when it is melted, and is a silicate that gradually hardens and does not crystallize during cooling. [0003] The composition of ordinary glass chemical oxides (Na2O·CaO·6SiO2), the main component is silicon dioxide. At present, the commonly used glass only has the function of isolating UVA, but not UVB. With people's continuous pursuit of health, there is a great need for a glass that can effectively isolate UV. Contents of the invention [0004] The object of the present invention is to provide a kind of glass and its production method, the glass produced by this method has good anti-ultraviolet effect. [0005] The technical solutions adopted are: [0006] A glass comprising 1-10 parts of silicon dioxide, 1-2 parts of aluminum oxid...
