The method comprises following steps: collagen and the epoxy quaternary ammonium salt are reacted for 1 to 24h at a temperature of 0 to 45 DEG C according to a certain ratio, and then the mixture is washed with water; 0.1 to 2 weight portions of an amino acid is added for 0.5 to 1h of reaction at a temperature of 0 to 45 DEG C, and then the product is washed with water; 0.5 to 3.5 weight portions of an acid or an acid salt is added so as to adjust the pH value to 6.5 to 7.5; and finally 100 to 500 weight portions of water is added, and the final product is washed with water at a temperature of 0 to 45 DEG C for 10 to 30min, and the procedure is repeated for 5 times.
