A preparation method of the shaddock peel adsorbent comprises the following steps: 1, washing shaddock peel with deionized water, and draining by removing water residual on the surface of the shaddock peel; 2, cutting drained shaddock peel into slices, and drying at 60-300DEG C to constant weight; and 3, grinding dried shaddock peel into powder to obtain the shaddock peel adsorbent. The shaddock peel adsorbent has the advantages of abundant raw material, low cost, simplicity and easy operation of a preparation technology, environmental protection, no pollution, natural degradability and good adsorption effect.
