Abstract

The particle surface treatment equipment comprises a gas feed device which is connected with a material feed device, wherein a first gas inlet and a second solid particle inlet are formed in the material feed device, and the gas feed device is connected with the first gas inlet of the material feed device. The outlet of the material feed device is connected with a conveying pipeline serving as a fluidizing chamber of the fluidization and surface treatment equipment; the conveying pipeline is provided with a spraying device and an atomizing nozzle which are connected with each other; the downstream of the conveying pipeline is connected with a material discharge device; a gas outlet and a solid particle outlet are formed in the material discharge device. The gas feed device is used for supplying the equipment with gas for particle fluidization; the material feed device is used for supplying to-be-treated particles for the equipment and conveying the gas and solid particles into a downstream pipeline. In the fluidizing chamber of the downstream conveying pipe, the particles, atomized components and gas are intensively mixed and fluidized and subjected to surface treatment.
