Abstract

The intelligent cooling device comprises a cooling tube arranged in the mass concrete, a data collecting module, a data analyzing software system and a water supply control module. The water supply module comprises a valve and a controller thereof, and the valve is arranged at an inlet of the cooling tube. The data collecting module comprises an inflow temperature sensor, an outflow temperature sensor and a plurality of strain pieces. The inflow temperature sensor is used for detecting inflow temperature of the cooling tube, the outflow temperature sensor is used for detecting outflow temperature of the cooling tube, and the strain pieces are arranged on the outer wall of the cooling tube and are used for detecting pulling stress of the concrete. The data analyzing software system comprises a user interface module, an optimal water-supply parameter database and a USB (universal serial bus) communication module. The data collecting module transmits data of actual temperature difference T (t) and actual pulling stress P (x, t) to the data analyzing software system through a USB serial port. The data analyzing software system determines a set of optimal water-supply parameters and transmits the same to a controller used for controlling work of a valve. The intelligent cooling device can intelligently and dynamically adjust water supply parameters during water supply.
