Embodiment Construction

[0021] The technical scheme of the present invention is described in detail below in conjunction with accompanying drawing:

[0022] Such as Figure 1-5 As shown, the application of distributed optical fiber sensing technology involved in the present invention is used to monitor the main structure of the ship lock engineering, including the lock head bottom plate, water delivery corridor, lock chamber bottom plate and lock chamber wall. Signal demodulator, among which 1 is the base plate of the gate head, 3 is the water delivery corridor, 5 is the base plate of the lock chamber, 7 is the wall of the lock chamber, 2, 4, 6, and 8 are strain and temperature sensing optical cables, and 9 is each cable integration point.

[0023] The installation steps of the sensor optical cable are as follows:

[0024] (1) Layout marking: Before concrete pouring, after the reinforcement mesh is laid, according to the design requirements of the monitoring plan, mark the layout of the sensing opt...

Abstract

The invention brings forward a distributed fiber monitoring method and system for strains and stresses of a ship lock structure. The system comprises distributed sensitive optical cables, a data acquisition device, and a data processing and analyzing module; and the distributed sensitive optical cables are laid into tops and bottoms or inner surfaces and outer surfaces of reinforced concrete surface layers of a lock head base plate, a water delivery gallery, a lock chamber base plate, and a lock chamber wall by a way of binding with main ribs so as to form a U-shaped loop. After concrete pouring is completed for laying of the distributed sensitive optical cables into the tops and bottoms or inner surfaces and outer surfaces of the reinforced concrete surface layers of the lock head base plate, the water delivery gallery, the lock chamber base plate, and the lock chamber wall by a way of binding with main ribs, the distance between the sensitive optical cables and the surfaces of the concretes is 5 to 10cm; and the sensitive optical cables are deformed synchronously with the reinforced concrete structures and optical fiber sensors generate corresponding stresses. And a data acquisition station is established at the top of the lock head; and the laid sensitive optical cables lines are connected to the data acquisition station by optical cables.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the technical field of water transport engineering monitoring, and in particular relates to a method and system for monitoring the strain and stress of the main structure of a ship lock based on distributed optical fiber sensing technology. Background technique [0002] my country's waterway engineering infrastructure is in a period of large-scale construction, and large-scale concrete structures have also been more and more widely used in waterway engineering such as ship locks. Due to the complex structure and difficult construction of water transport projects such as ship locks, in order to ensure the safety of structures, it is necessary to monitor the strain and stress states of key parts during construction and operation. Through monitoring, the construction quality control parameters can be accurately known, and the stress characteristics of key parts of the structure can be understood, which is of great significance for...
