The invention provides an optical fiber temperature measurement host for a high-voltage switch cabinet, an optical fiber temperature measurement system comprising the host and an optical fiber temperature measurement method for measuring temperature by using the host. The host adopts an optical fiber temperature measurement probe in combination with an optical signal sampling processor. The host can realize temperature measurement of a specific contact head and short-distance optical fiber temperature measurement, and can be well applied to instruments including the high-voltage switch cabinet and the like. Moreover, the invention provides an optical fiber temperature measurement system additionally comprising a display module which is used for displaying according to measurement requirements.
