Abstract

The invention relates to a method for establishing an artificial seed system. According to the technical scheme, the method comprises the following steps: measuring the weight, size, starch, protein, fat and tannin of a natural seed, preparing the following raw materials of the artificial seed system: wooden activated carbon, peanut oil, protein powder, corn starch, tannic acid and pure water, mixing wooden activated carbon, peanut oil, protein powder, corn starch, tannic acid and pure water according to a ratio so as to prepare the artificial seed, putting the manual seed into an oven at 50-70 DEG C, baking for 10-15 minutes, wrapping the artificial seed with a casing. Due to establishment of the artificial seed system, the plant characters can be regulated, particularly the ratio of nutrient components such as starch, protein and fat, and quantitative research on seed predation regulation capability of single character of a plant is achieved. Due to adoption of the establishment of the artificial seed system, the defect that the adjustment capability of each character of the plant on animal predation cannot be separately measured in the conventional research is made up.
