Embodiment Construction

[0010] The coil system of the present invention includes excitation coils 1, 2 and detection coils. The excitation coil is composed of a coil fed with a certain amplitude of direct current and a coil fed with a certain amplitude of alternating current, and the detection coil is composed of three coaxially arranged solenoid coils connected in series.

[0011] Such as figure 1 In the illustrated embodiment, the first excitation coil 1 and the second excitation coil 2 are coaxially arranged inside and outside, and both the first excitation coil 1 and the second excitation coil 2 are Helmhertz type coils. The first excitation coil 1 and the second excitation coil 2 respectively pass through a certain amplitude of direct current and sinusoidal alternating current to form a uniform composite magnetic field near the axes of the first and second excitation coils. The detection coil is composed of an upper solenoid coil 3 , a middle solenoid coil 4 and a lower solenoid coil 5 coaxiall...

Abstract

The invention relates to a nonlinearity-magnetization-based coil system of a magnetic particle content detection device. The coil system comprises two exciting coils (1 and 2) and a detection coil, wherein direct current and alternating current are respectively introduced into the two exciting coils (1 and 2) which are arranged coaxially inside and outside, the detection coil comprises three sections of solenoid coils which are arranged coaxially up and down in series, two sections of solenoid coils which are arranged on the outer side up and down are wound in the same direction, and the winding direction of the two sections of the solenoid coils is opposite to that of the middle section of solenoid coil. When the coil system is not used for detecting samples, preset current introduced into the exciting coils, and the voltage at two ends of the detection coil is zero. The coil system can be used by the detection device alone, and also can be used by a sensor detecting the content of magnetic particles so as to be integrated into multifunctional detecting and analyzing system. The coil system is mainly used in fields of immunoassay, nanotechnology, environment monitoring and the like.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a detection device for superparamagnetic particles. Background technique [0002] The detection method of the content of magnetic nanoparticles based on the nonlinear magnetization of magnetic nanoparticles is to provide an alternating excitation magnetic field to the magnetic nanoparticles to magnetize them according to the nonlinear magnetization characteristics of the magnetic nanoparticles. A method for quantitatively measuring the magnetic nanoparticle content by the harmonic voltage signal intensity. [0003] At present, a magnetic particle detection method based on the nonlinear magnetization of magnetic nanoparticles (K.R.Minard, M.H.Littke, W.Wang, Y.Xiong, J.G.Teeguarden, and B.D.Thrall, "Magnetic particle detection (MPD) for in- In vitro dosimetry, "Biosens Bioelectron, vol.43, pp.88-93, May152013.), its excitation magnetic field is realized by a solenoid with a sinusoidal changing current, and the detection coil is...
