Abstract

The invention discloses a mango preservation film coating agent which is prepared from lac, alpha-aminoisobutyric acid and a solvent, wherein the mass percent of the lac is 10-20%, and the mass percent of the alpha-aminoisobutyric acid is 0.01-0.001%. The preservation film coating agent is prepared by dissolving the lac in the ethanol, adding the alpha-aminoisobutyric acid and diluting with water. The preservation film coating agent can lower the preservation cost, and does not generate cold-resistant pathogens. By using the preservation film coating agent, the mango has smooth surface; and after 100 days, the rotting rate is less than 3%, and the water loss is less than 28%.
