On the one hand, hydrogenation heterogeneous condensation point reduction of the animal and vegetable oil is capable of increasing hydrogen dissolving amount of the liquid phase hydrogenation reactor, and on the other hand condensation point of the animal and vegetable oil is reduced, the animal and vegetable oil is high in cetane value, and combined hydrogenation of the animal and vegetable oil with catalytic diesel oil is capable of solving a problem that the cetane value is too low.
