Abstract

The method comprises the following steps: (1) processing tussilago farfara, namely drying tussilago farfara in a constant-temperature drying box with temperature of 90 DEG C for 12 hours, grinding and sieving a 20-mesh sieve; (2) extracting, namely mixing the tussilago farfara processed in the step (1) with an ethanol solution according to a solution-material ratio (mL/g) of (20:1) to (30:1), and ultrasonically extracting under the power being 350W-500W for 30-45 minutes to obtain a total flavones extracting solution, wherein the volume fraction of ethanol in the ethanol solution is 30%-70%.
