Abstract

The formula thereof comprises the constituents in percentage by weight: 50-55% of polyaluminium sulphate, 4-6% of polyethyleneimine, 2-5% of sodium lignosulphonate and 36-40% of water, wherein the sum of the constituents is 100%. A method for preparing the accelerator by the formula above comprises the following steps of: (1) weighing the constituents with the needed dosages according to the formula above for the future use; (2) crushing the prepared polyaluminium sulphate into fine powder, and passing through a 180-mesh sieve to obtain polyaluminium sulphate powder for the future use; and (3) dissolving the obtained polyaluminium sulphate powder in water and uniformly stirring, then adding the prepared polyethyleneimine and sodium lignosulphonate, stirring, and then pouring in a high-speed stirrer and stirring for 15-20 minutes to obtain the accelerator. The accelerator disclosed by the invention is a concrete additive which is alkali-free, free from pungent odour, good in cohesiveness, low in resilience and high in later strength preserving rate, prepared by virtue of the characteristics of each formula material, and is especially suitable for construction and use in culverts, bridges, underground projects and the like.
