The invention further discloses a ship loading method which comprises the following steps: heating low-temperature LPG stored in the shore base LPG freezer through a heater; transmitting the LPG to the refreezing device through the single point mooring system; carrying out refrigeration on the LPG to a saturation temperature under normal pressure in the refreezing device and transmitting the LPG to the all-cooling LPG transport ship through an LPG low temperature pump.
