A single point mooring includes a yoke-shaped articulated arm assembly, which is affixed to the seabed by a fixed foundation or mooring base assembly, and a mooring support structure, which is retrofitted to a vessel. The articulated arm is connected to the base by a triaxial articulation joint for accommodating yaw, pitch and roll. To moor the vessel, the arm is connected to the mooring support structure with weighted pendants on port and starboard sides. The pendants are suspended at an adjustable elevation with respect to the mooring support structure, thus allowing the mooring system to be used at varying water depths. A combined connection bracket hosts both pendant linkages and umbilicals or hoses for speeding the process of connecting and disconnecting a vessel from the mooring system. A removable anchor, such as a suction pile, fixes the mooring system to the seabed, allows the system to be easily redeployed to another location.

The invention provides a sector rotation single point mooring liquid transportation system. The sector rotation single point mooring liquid transportation system comprises two or three fixed mooring liquid transportation modules or a movable mooring liquid transportation module, a tail tug and an auxiliary limiting tug. The mooring liquid transportation modules are arranged on the outer edge of the top of a floating body of a straight cylinder type floating platform. Each mooring liquid transportation module comprises an outer liquid transportation roller and a mooring winch. The floating body comprises an upright cylinder and a movement reduction mechanism. A shuttling transportation ship rotates in sector planes with mooring points as vertexes and the connection lines between the center of the straight cylinder type floating platform and the mooring points serving as the vertexes as symmetric lines. The directions of the connection lines between the center of the straight cylinder type floating platform and the mooring points are consistent with the main air guide direction of the water area where the platform is located. When the shuttling transportation ship goes beyond the ranges of the parts, deviating from the sector planes, of the two sides of the symmetric lines, the auxiliary limiting tug can eject or pull the shuttling transportation ship. The invention further provides another sector rotation single point mooring liquid transportation system.
