The electricity taking module includes a primary bus, a current transformer magnetic core, a secondary coil and a sampling resistor. The electric-energy conditioning module includes a rectifying circuit, a transformer discharge circuit, a resistance discharge circuit, a ripple-wave filtering capacitor, a voltage-stabilizing circuit, an STM8 single-chip microcomputer control system and a circuit switching relay. The novel high-voltage-side inductive-electricity-taking power-supply device is capable of using electric energy which is obtained through induction when the current transformer is unsaturated and also capable of using peak electric energy which is obtained through induction when the current transformer is unsaturated to supply electric energy to a rear-end load so that power consumption of the resistance discharge circuit is reduced and power-supply efficiency is improved and output power of the power supply after a magnetic core of the current transformer enters deep magnetic saturation is ensured.
