Abstract

The invention discloses a pneumatic energy supply device of high-voltage electronic equipment. The pneumatic energy supply device comprises a pneumatic power generator and an electric energy regulating circuit. The pneumatic power generator and the electric energy regulating circuit are positioned on a high-voltage side when used, a compressed air source with a pressure control valve is placed on a low-voltage side, one end of the pneumatic power generator is connected with the compressed air source by an insulating air delivery pipeline, and the other end of the pneumatic power generator is electrically connected with the electric energy regulating circuit; the output pressure of air of the compressed air source is controlled by the pressure control valve, the air provides power for the pneumatic power generator via the insulating air delivery pipeline, the pneumatic power generator generates power and provides a power source for the electric energy regulating circuit, and the electric energy regulating circuit regulates the magnitude of a voltage and filters noise waves, so that electric energy which meets requirements of the high-voltage electronic equipment can be provided for the high-voltage electronic equipment.
