Abstract

The invention discloses a magnetic trapping-dual real-time fluorescent PCR (Polymerase Chain Reaction) detection method for campylobacter jejuni and salmonella. According to the method, antiserum and magnetic microbeads are used for the preparation of campylobacter jejuni and salmonella immune magnetic beads, and the immune magnetic beads are used for directly trapping target bacteria in detection samples without enrichment culture; according to the detection method disclosed by the invention, specific primers and detection probes for conserved genes of the campylobacter jejuni and salmonella are respectively designed by utilizing the dual real-time fluorescent PCR method, and one-time real-time fluorescent PCR amplification is used for judging whether the samples are contaminated by the campylobacter jejuni and salmonella or not; the magnetic trapping-dual real-time fluorescent PCR detection method disclosed by the invention is easy and feasible, can be completed in one working day, and is good in specificity and high in sensitivity, thus being a rapid technical method which is applicable to the fields of inspection and quarantine, disease prevention, animal product safety inspection and the like.
