The method comprises the following steps that firstly, the working characteristics of DG connected grid interface electrical and electronic devices and the content of all levels of harmonic currents of injection systems of DGs are analyzed according to the characteristics of distributed generation (DG) connected grids in the weak-loop-included distributed power generation system; then, through calculation of fundamental wave power flow of the system, fundamental wave voltages of all the DG connected grids is obtained and fundamental wave currents of the injection systems can be worked out according to the output power of all the DGs; finally, all the levels of harmonic currents of the injection systems of the DGs are worked out according to the fundamental wave currents of all the injection systems of the DGs, and the harmonic power flow distribution situation of the whole weak-loop-included distributed power generation system is worked out. By means of the harmonic power flow analyzing method, all-level harmonic wave voltage distribution situations of all nodes in the system can be obtained without iterative computation, therefore, the calculation speed and the calculation efficiency of the harmonic power flow analyzing method are improved fundamentally, and the problem of harmonic power flow iteration convergence is solved.
