Abstract

The invention provides a square-wave excitation device of a sensor and an excitation method of the sensor, which are particularly applied to a gyro rebalancing loop system. According to the invention, on the premise of satisfying precision requirements, sine wave is replaced by square wave to excite; combined with double filtering of a switch filter of a filter capacitor and the orthogonal removal effect, influence to product performances caused by large signal blockage in high gain is avoided; dependency on a precise sine-wave excitation power supply is reduced, therefore, the product is reduced in cost and increased in reliability; the square-wave excitation device of the sensor and the excitation method of the sensor disclosed by the invention can be applied to other devices in need of excitation signals.
