The positive feedback detecting unit comprises an ammonia flow detector, a flue gas detector and an NOx content detector. The negative feedback detecting unit comprises an NOx flow detector. The flue channel is internally provided with a flue gas flow detector and a NOx content detector. The ammonia flow detector is arranged outside the ammonia spraying grid. The NOx flow detector is arranged outside the reactor. The signals acquired by the ammonia flow detector, the flue gas flow detector, the NOx content detector and the NOx flow detector are transmitted to a DCS system. The DCS system controls the ammonia flow regulator for realizing controlling for ammonia spraying amount of the reaction system.
