The method comprises the following steps: (1) regulating pH value of formaldehyde to 8.8-9.2 by utilizing a sodium hydroxide solution; (2) adding melamine and urea, and gradually raising the temperature; (3) controlling a molar ratio of formaldehyde to urea, reacting at the temperature of 85-90 DEG C for 80-100 minutes, regulating the pH value to 5.0-6.0 by using formic acid, and reacting until the viscosity is 18-19s; (4) adding the urea and melamine, and reacting at the temperature of 78-88 DEG C for 25-35 minutes; (5) adding the urea, so that the molar ratio of the formaldehyde to the sum of the urea and melamine is 0.8-0.95, preserving the temperature to be 70-80 DEG C for 20-30 minutes, gradually reducing the temperature to 40 DEG C, and regulating the pH value to be 7.8-8.2 by using a sodium hydroxide solution; and (6) injecting the solution into a storage tank for later use.
