Abstract

The method comprises the following steps: uniformly mixing 5-10 parts of dimethyl formamide with 0.5-2 parts of acolor paste, and filtering; adding 80-100 parts of dimethyl formamide, 1-3 parts of a cell modifier and 1-2 parts of a bridging agent, and uniformly mixing; adding 100kg of a polyurethane wet waterproof moisture-permeable resin, uniformly stirring, and deaerating to obtain a coating; knife-coating the coating on a base cloth, solidifying, squeezing, washing with water, and drying to obtain a finished product. A wet waterproof moisture-permeable layer with moisture-permeable cell structure is formed after the wet slurry is knife-coated on the base cloth, and has good water permeability and high water pressure resistance. A result of detection shows that the water pressure resistance of the wet waterproof moisture-permeable layer is greater than 5000mm.H2O (JISL1092B standard), and the moisture permeability of the wet waterproof moisture-permeable layer is greater than 5000g/m<2>.d (JISL 1099B standard). Clothes made by using the obtained wet waterproof moisture-permeable leather have the advantages of comfortable wearing, difficult moldy damage and durability.
