[0014] The on-site calibration device of the ground-based infrared cloud meter consists of a portable point source black body, a guide rail and a supporting mechanism, an acquisition and control module, and a data processing module. Among them, the temperature control accuracy of the portable point source blackbody is ±0.1°C, the effective emissivity is greater than 0.95, and the working temperature range is -20°C to 50°C. It is placed on horizontal and vertical rails and supported by brackets. The guide rail can be reliably controlled by the control module, and the displacement can be controlled to centimeter level. The horizontal and vertical displacements are not less than 20cm. The acquisition and control module includes a guide rail position adjustment sub-module, a point source black body temperature adjustment sub-module, a data acquisition sub-module, etc. The data processing module is mainly used to obtain calibration coefficients through data analysis.
