Abstract

The invention discloses a circuit management system and method of a vehicle. The vehicle comprises a high-voltage circuit and a high-voltage interlocking loop. The circuit management system comprises a manual maintenance make and break device, a temperature-controlled switch and a control unit, wherein the manual maintenance make and break device comprises a high-voltage wiring terminal electrically connected with the high-voltage circuit, a low-voltage wiring terminal electrically connected with the high-voltage interlocking loop and a handle, the handle is set to be suitable for being pushed to break electrical connection between the manual maintenance make and break device and the high-voltage interlocking loop, the temperature-controlled switch is set to be electrically connected with the low-voltage wiring terminal and the handle in series, the temperature-controlled switch is set to be turned off when the temperature of the manual maintenance make and break device is higher than the temperature of a preset threshold value so that electrical connection between the manual maintenance make and break device and the high-voltage interlocking loop can be broken, and the control unit is set to open the high-voltage circuit when electrical connection between the manual maintenance make and break device and the high-voltage interlocking loop is broken.
