Abstract
The invention discloses a dyeing method of knitted textile fabrics. The dyeing method comprises the following steps: (1) adding 2-3 parts by weight of triethanolamine, 1-2 parts by weight of hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose, 3-4 parts by weight of ethyl alcohol, 7-8 parts by weight of natural plantpigment, 4-5 parts by weight of N-methyl pyrrolidon, 1-2 parts by weight of dodecyltrimethyl ammoniumsulfate and 15-17 parts by weight of water into a dye vat, and stirring evenly; (2) soaking the knitted textile fabrics in the dye vat for 1.5 hours; (3) drying the soaked knitted textile fabrics at 90 DEG C; (4) soaking the dried knitted textile fabrics in clear water, and rinsing for 35 minutes; and (5) taking out the rinsed knitted textile fabrics for natural drying. The dyeing method of the knitted textile fabrics has the advantage that the natural plantpigment and a special preparation process are adopted so that a dyeing agent for the knitted textile fabrics is nontoxic and harmless and does not drop in the use process, and moreover, the dyed knitted textile fabrics are safe and comfortable.
Description
technical field [0001] The invention relates to a method for dyeing knitted fabrics. Background technique [0002] At present, a large amount of chemical dyes are used in the dyeing process of knitted fabrics, and the finished dyes are easy to fall off during use, which will affect human health. Contents of the invention [0003] The purpose of the present invention is to provide a dyeing method for knitted fabrics, which uses natural plant pigments and a special preparation process to make the dyeing agent for knitted fabrics non-toxic and harmless, and will not fall off during use, which is safe and comfortable. [0004] In order to achieve the above object, the technical solution of the present invention is to design a dyeing method of knitted fabric, comprising the steps of: [0005] 1) Add 2 to 3 parts by weight of triethanolamine, 1 to 2 parts by weight of hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, 3 to 4 parts by weight of ethanol, 7 to 8 parts by weight of natural plant pigme...
