The smart control system is connected with a heat and cold supply subsystem, an atomization spraying subsystem, an aeration and oxygenation subsystem, a purification and sterilization subsystem and a car environment monitoring subsystem, and controls and drives operations of all the subsystems. The smart control system comprises an embedded industrial personal computer which is connected with a wireless data transmission module and a GPS positioning module, and therefore real-time remote monitoring is achieved; the GPS positioning module also controls the whole keep-alive process from the starting place to the destination. The heat and cold supply subsystem provides a refrigeration mode and a heat pump heating mode.
