Abstract

The invention provides a production method of a mold for measuring the temperature in a casting process. The production method comprises the following steps: step A, producing a wax mold of a part, and welding a wax rod on a temperature measuring point of the wax mold; step B, preparing a mold shell by using the wax mold in the step A; and step C, after carrying out de-waxing treatment on the mold shell of the step B, putting a quartz tube into a pipeline, and filing a gap between the quartz tube and the pipeline with fireproof cotton, fireproof sand, and a mixture of shell producing slurry and the fireproof sand in sequence from inside to outside, and drying the mixture of the shell producing slurry and the fireproof sand on the outermost layer so as to produce the mold. By virtue of the production method of the mold for measuring the temperature in the casting process, the mold for measuring the temperature of the part and any part of the mold shell in the casting process can be produced, and the positioning of the measuring point is accurate and the temperature measurement is accurate.
