The microbial furniture formaldehyde eliminating liquid is specifically prepared by the following steps: (1) putting the sterilizing agent, the penetrant and the solvent in a container and uniformly stirring to obtain a mixed liquid; (2) putting microorganism in the mixed liquid and fermenting for 2-6 hours at 35-60 DEG C to obtain a semi-product; and (3) adding the flavoring substance at normal temperature and uniformly stirring and mixing to obtain a microbial furniture formaldehyde eliminating liquid finished product.
