Problems solved by technology

[0003] However, ordinary scanners obtain information in three bands, and what they collect is only RGB image information, which can meet the requirements of daily use in general application fields.
However, in some special application fields, such as obtaining the pigment information of precious samples such as ancient books, calligraphy and paintings, the RGB image information obtained by this ordinary scanner cannot meet other requirements such as analysis, classification, and identification of the physical and chemical components of the scanned object.

Abstract

The invention discloses a hyperspectral scanner, relating to the technical field of spectral imaging. The hyperspectral scanner comprises a spectrum imaging unit, a photovoltaic conversion unit and a mechanical drive unit, wherein the spectrum imaging unit is used for irradiating light white to a to-be-scanned object, splitting diffuse reflection light of current scanning line of the to-be-scanned object, and receiving light ray of each wave band after light split so as to generate an electric signal corresponding to the light ray of each wave band; the photovoltaic conversion unit is used for receiving the electric signal, performing analog-digital conversion on the electric signal so as to obtain a digital signal, sending the digital signal to an upper computer, and sending a driving signal to the mechanical drive unit; and the mechanical drive unit receives the driving signal, and then drives the spectrum imaging unit to move to the position opposite to the next scanning line of the to-be-scanned object. After the diffuse reflection light is split, an area array detector receives the light ray of each wave band, so that spectral imaging is realized, and spectral information of each wave band of the to-be-scanned object is maintained.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the technical field of spectral imaging, in particular to a hyperspectral scanner. Background technique [0002] A scanner is a device that uses photoelectric technology and digital processing technology to convert graphics or image information into digital signals in a scanning manner. Scanners are commonly used as peripherals to computers by capturing images and converting them into digitized input devices that the computer can display, edit, store and output. Scanners can be used as scanning objects for three-dimensional objects such as photos, text pages, drawings, art drawings, photographic negatives, film films, and even textiles, signage panels, printed board samples, etc., to extract and convert original lines, graphics, text, photos, etc. , Convert the flat object into a device that can be edited and added to the file. As an image digital input device combining optomechanical and electrical integration, it has been r...
